Johnathan is a GenX Otaku who started watching giant monster movies and anime in the 1970s. His love became a passion in the 1980s following Heisei Godzilla movies and playing tabletop RPGs. He wrote his own games with his friends, and in 2008 published his first edition of Mecha Vs Kaiju for Green Ronin.
