Illustrator, Writer, and Visual Development Artist

John Yurcaba is an illustrator, sequential artist, and designer from Phoenix, AZ. He has adored all things comics, animation, art, and storytelling since he was little, and still finds inspiration in his favorite cartoons, graphic novels, anime, and movies. After 4 years in the US Air Force as a broadcast videographer/filmmaker, he returned to school to complete his Associate's Degree in Sequential Art, earning accolades for his work both academically and professionally. His deep love of Ghostbusters has led him to provide artwork for all kinds of events and merchandise related to the franchise. He currently does cover work for IDW Publishing comics titles, including Transformers: Beast Wars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Godzilla.
